Waterparks – “Brainwashed”

Best song off the new album so far

 

I keep trying to get into this band and over each release and re-listen I like them or at least appreciate them more and have really liked the new songs for what they are. I like how this band just seems to do what they want sound wise

 

I agree. I think this band gets a lot of hate simply because Awsten is kind of cringy on social media. But I met him when they were just starting to gain popularity at warped tour, and he was a nice enough dude.

Also, I know they thought it was cute to name their last album "Greatest Hits", but it was a terrible marketing decision. The casual fan didn't even realize it was an album of entirely new songs.

 

Couldn't find a thread for the album but I'm really enjoying it. I just wish it weren't one of those albums where half of it were released ahead of time as singles.
