Agreed. Aew has a lot of garganos as is. Just commenting on his lack of pop in the wwe from what I've seen

 

Yeah, I was gonna say, between Adam Cole, Jungle Boy, Darby, Sammy/Daniel Garcia, Hook, PAC, OC, Starks, Fenix, Wheeler...thats not even factoring in tag guys like the Bucks or Dante Martin who can also absolutely go...AEW has no shortage of cruiserweight sized guys who are great in the ring.

Cole is probably the perfect example; got a huge push early, then obviously got hurt, but even working him back in the mix has taken 2 months to get a match on TV

 

To be fair, if you watch the interview, he was super complimentary of MJF, but made the point that there's a difference between a heel fans love to hate, and heels that fans outright hate. Highlighting that fans are excited for MJF and to hear what he's going to say next. In the same discussion he was complimentary of how Reigns took his time in Montreal to let the heat continue building there.

 

I for one actually like the idea of the top wrestlers not being on TV every week, at least in cases where you have as much roster talent as they have. The bigger issue is that they're not actually rotated well, and some really annoying characters are seen every week (e.g. Sammy, JJ). Sometimes I want to give the benefit of the doubt that it's TK accommodating some wrestlers having other interests and/or working for other promotions, but it's clearly more than that.

 

Apparently TK initially wanted Vikingo to have Komander's spot but couldn't get him for it. Komander being Plan B is a pretty damn good Plan B but I would've lost my mind if Vikingo was there.

 

I reckon Trips is playing it smart/slow with Gargano. He saw he got that weird gradual pop when he returned and is slowly showing the main roster audience, who is now mostly full of people who weren’t watching him in NXT 6/7 years ago, what he’s all about. That showing for him and Bronson Reed in the chamber definitely feels like a “see what my guys can do” type situation. Reckon post Mania or maybe even post Summerslam, we may get a Gargano push. Maybe even have him the guy to end Gunther’s IC reign.

 

They seemed to be showcasing Gargano after his return, even gave him a win over Theory in a long match. Then they stuck him in that weird Dexter Lumis thing for months and the fans stopped caring.

 

This is random but I watched something on YouTube that made me think about Colt Canada's career the other day.

Cabana is such a weird case of someone who discovered the cheat code on how to be an successful over drawing pro wrestler outside of WWE in the 21st century, and that cheat code worked for everyone besides him. Now his legacy in wrestling is probably going to be him being the guy who figured out the path for everyone else, than anything he did in the ring himself.

Brock had dinner with Dana a few weeks back supposedly.
Some MMA guys said there’s some mutual interest to do one more fight in the UFC. Especially now with Jon Jones at heavyweight.

 

The main reason why I don't listen to Twitter accounts that summarize posts like that.

 

Brock went and fought under contract last time. They let him do whatever he wants at this point
