Speaking of scams, never buy anything from this guy:

My buddy ordered some records from him last November and still hadn't received them at the end of December. The seller claimed to not have tracking info but they had a bunch of good recent feedback, so it was kinda weird.

Fast forward to January. My friend wrote me this:

"I found this seller offering a 'buy 2 get 1 free' deal so I ordered 3 records in November. Over a week goes by, no update. I contact and they say they're "new to selling and didn't know to change the shipping status. Another few days go by with no order and I ask for tracking or shipping confirmation and the seller write back "in order to keep shipping costs down, sometimes we don't include tracking." January 3rd, the seller says the package was returned by USPS and they will resent it out and this time include tracking. I finally get the package 45 days after my order, and it's missing 1 of the 3 records, and the package was shipped from 1234 Go Records, which an online store/distro. At this point, I'm over it so I left negative feedback about the whole situation. The seller then said that they informed me that the bonus record would come separately (they didn't) and that it violated their seller terms to leave negative feedback. (what?!) The seller then said they'll send me the missing record despite my "gross negligence." And they didn't even ask me which record I am missing... And now they're begging me to remove my negative feedback I left them."

And then if you look at their feedback, there's many negative reviews all saying the same thing, at around the same time, end of November, which weren't there when my friend ordered his stuff.

The seller wrote to my friend "According to tracking number, you received your parcel with a bonus. Now you know that I'm not lying to you. I ask you to delete your negative feedback and then I will delete mine." The seller left my friend some buyer feedback that said "Go fuck yourself, moron."

The seller ended up removing everything from their "for sale" section and my friend still never got his third record, and filed a claim with Discogs.

Haha what a fucking nightmare.

update re: the BMT repress. based on Copeland's IG, it looks like it'll be a double LP with a bonus tracks (i believe a live version of Coffee). from the pics, it looks like each side has 3 tracks, meaning Paula and California will likely be on the same side.

Yeah, I usually don't find myself complaining too much about shipping costs, but $14 was kinda tough.
