I think it’s gonna do fine, it’s a very popular album that people think they are playing in full, with strong support in the summer. It will do fine.

Yeah, it'll be fine. And as much as I loathe 2/3 of the openers on my date... They picked very smartly for their audience and I'm sure that will help things along. Only way I could think of it working better would be to have somebody solo/acoustic from another similar band instead of TWL.

I really hate the mentality that if a show doesn't sell out instantly (or even if tickets pop-up on Groupon) that it's somehow a total failure.

People online def think they are playing ocean Ave in full but if they at least play the big five songs from that album will anyone notice?

it is honestly hilarious they’re saying “touring to celebrate 20 years of ocean avenue” and haven’t made any announcement otherwise via social media that they weren’t doing that

gotta try and sell those tickets lol

I have seen a few screenshots. Do we know for sure though if the presale opened up all tickets? Or are the majority of tickets being withheld until general sale? I've seen it both ways in the past.

On their final tour, YC played 7/13 songs on Ocean Avenue:

    Back Home
    Believe
    Breathing
    Empty Apartment
    Ocean Avenue
    Only One
    Way Away

I could see them adding on View From Heaven/Life of a Salesman, but the other 4 songs aren't really ones they've every played frequently.

That won’t work. At that rate, every band would be the pop punk band breaking up

Completely unrelated to Adam being a bad singer now, as a non-binary person I can't watch TBS anymore because it's legit painful to hear "ladies & gentlemen" 20-30 times in an hour

I'm honestly shocked that Buddy hasn't "ended the band" yet with a press release that ends with "But don't worry; we'll get back together in another couple years to make way more money LOL." That would be incredibly on-brand.

    11/10. Perfect joke/callback.
