Great day for VAR today

Good enough that I thought about trying to get Ally Pally tickets (until I remembered what a nightmare that venue is lol)

 

It’s mental that this can happen and could potentially cost us a title, and nothing will happen.

 

VAR's not the problem, it's the shit for brains referees they employ. Imagine forgetting to do one of the main parts of your job and not getting fired.

 

Sometimes I see some of the reports from other parts of the forums and I am so happy that the sports forum, and more realistically this thread, is just not… all that.

I don't know either but I always think this is an amazingly good-natured thread. Arguments are so rare.

I will say, I enjoy discussing football here because even though there are occasionally disagreements on things, this thread is a nice place to talk about it.

No one here is a jerk or mean. There’s some ribbing and stuff, but Twitter and Reddit can feel like swamps. I actually appreciate the opinion of people here.

 

Granted, I have met up with a ton of people in the thread already throughout the years, but I feel like most of us could get a beer and it would be a good evening in real life if we were near each other. It’s what I’ve always like about the thread.
