I haven't seen them since the Vheissu album tour. So, I'm hoping for a few Palms, Deeper Wells EP, Horizons tracks.

Sadly it sounds like Dustin put that rumor to rest in the Spin interview, but I'd love to hear the same production from Artist applied to Vheissu, not to mention a fresh take with his more seasoned voice. They could even call it Reissu!

I won't hear of revisions to Alchemy or Beggars, though. That's when they perfected their sound, and they've essentially sounded the same from a production standpoint since then (Palms excepted).

I didn't jump on the Thrice train until Major/Minor. I listened to The Artist & The Ambulance reimagined album front to back last night probably for the first time. I really enjoyed that musically it is clearly a product of the early 00's, but the production and sounds were very modern. A wild treat to get releases like this from a band 20+ years into their career. I really enjoyed the listen.

Finally getting the chance to listen to this and my goodness does it sound awesome.

Just listened to Paper Tigers and Hoods of Peregrine and boooooooy was that a revelation.

Oh, Melting Pot of Wax sounds great too.

That's a song that never really hit for me, but Dustin's vocal performance on this is really connecting.

Been wild to see so many people complaining on Thrice's ig account about what a hassle and how expensive the tickets were. I guess I'm lucky in that my venue uses etix so all in it was $33 for me.

  14. Yeah 38 bucks for one here, pretty awesome honestly given what I saw people saying about the dates in other cities. Red Flag is a great venue too

The only thing I don't really care for on TAITA Revisited after a ton of plays is Andy Hull's appearance. I love him, but the way he's mixed in makes it sound like he's not in the room like the rest of the album's sound - it almost sounds like he's "on top of" the sound. I can't explain it, it just doesn't sound like he's in the same space.

Toronto date sold out before I could grab a ticket, and there’s no room for a second one. Sad times

Was there stress getting tickets for this tour? Got presale tickets through ticketrink on Wednesday without issue. Stuff is getting crazy if there is drama getting thrice tickets.

I was pretty shocked to see they sold out Carrboro in less than 7 hours. Stoked for the guys, of course, but now I'm hoping it's one the markets to release additional tickets this coming week so I can go!

I've probably seen Thrice 30 times in the last 20 years and have never once had any issues getting a ticket. I think the farewell tour was the only one that even sold out. Sadly when I saw them in 2021 on the Horizons/East tour there was like 200 people there. I'm really glad people are excited and I'm sure these shows are bringing out older/nostalgic fans but I feel like the trouble with everyone getting tickets has very little to do with the actual demand.

I mean 2021 was still kind of early for shows, IMO. Personally, I was also in the middle of a depressive episode that made it so I wouldn’t have been able to go even if Covid had never happened.
