It’s madness. I’ve not once had that “Sunday feeling” you get as a 9-5er in the long periods I’ve worked from home. I think there are some valid good reasons to work in an office but only if it’s a choice and you aren’t doing a painful commute. In my current job 0% of me wants to work in our office.

I was running late to school this morning, so I just ran out the door wearing nothing but a hoodie & sweatpants--

It was -12° out, and I had to walk 7 minutes to my class. Worst mistake of my life.

 

So like, it’s probably a harmless balloon and the gov stayed quiet to not cause panic but then people saw it and republicans aren’t going to pass an opportunity to wave the “Biden Bad” drum and then in response feds had to take performative actions, but aren’t actually going to spot the thing down because that would cause far more actual harm?
