There is actually a few of these installed in Kissimmee and Clearwater, Florida. When I was in college a group did their senior project on creating an installation manual for these things. It's a great idea and certainly something that can be very useful for a lot of places, but it is vey expensive to install

I'm sure the cost to manufacture is high but I don't really know, it was $1.6 million for 6 of them in Clearwater, which at that price, I guess it's no wonder other places aren't lining up to have these put in.

The site works fine for me but there doesn't seem to be any news within the past year about any new progress anywhere.
