Photobooth was the first song I ever heard by Death Cab on mp3.com in 2002. They quickly became one of my all time favorite bands, I even named my oldest son Benjamin.

 

I mean, 1,000 vinyl isn’t that much. Sure, I snagged one as fast as I could, but I don’t know if I’d call them popular based on that.

Has anyone that ordered Forget What You Know from Siren Records received their copy yet?

 

No I don’t think they are getting any copies soon. I called them a few times. They were supposedly getting a different variant from the gold they had up last year, but after switching my order to that variant, I recently received a refund.

 

I may ask for a refund as well. Last email I received was "I'm looking into this. I'm not seeing any info at the moment."

 

I'd say just cancel and re-order it someplace else where it's actually in stock.

My email from them mentioned something about back order, which was my impetus for calling. When I called, I learned of the different variant they were expecting. They switched my order over since they no longer were getting gold copies. I received a new order confirm in email and then yesterday they refunded me.
