It’s a Pittsburgh chain. They put fries and coleslaw on their sandwiches/burgers.

 

so are they good?

 

they’re hit or miss. I actually like the coleslaw but the fries are never seasoned so you gotta do it yourself. Other local restaurants make better rip off versions.

Used to make a sandwich that my boss called the Yardbird

Diced chicken cooked in thousand island dressing on the flattop, placed on Texas toast, topped with fries, chopped bacon & shredded cheddar

Agree on hit or miss but I don't like coleslaw and actually like the fries. My thing is, I prefer toasted sandwiches, so I'm much more of a Melt Bar and Grilled person. If I'm at Primanti's, I'm usually getting wings or a flatbread tbh

My wife has gotten fries on her salad before. Usually its somewhat already indulgent like a steak salad, not just like an any salad kind of thing

yeah I mean the salads in Pittsburgh that have them are usually like buffalo chicken that has bacon and a ton of cheese and is already super unhealthy.
