St. Pete mayor picks Rays' redevelopment site bid

This would be on pretty much the same lot as the Trop.

The rays still have (I think) two proposals from a couple groups wanting to develop a mixed-use district w/ stadium in Tampa or Ybor City, but I have a feeling this will be their ultimate choice given the mayors enthusiasm with the decision.

 

I'd expect nothing less from Volpe in Coors

 

Would love to see Jazz throw up an 8 WAR season this year and really cement himself as a superstar

 

His fWAR over 162 games last year projected to 7.0 so it's not crazy
