I hope they ditch the Woodstock sound, hard to tell from the clip but PTM is at their best in the ITMITC/evil friends era imo

 

It's so crazy to me how they had a massive hit after churning out music regularly for a decade and then just failed to follow it up and capitalize on the success for six years.

I don't think they liked the fame, they only ever poked fun at themselves and the song and everything, not all bands are made to be famous and maybe they just hibernated because they didn't want it to go further. Hard to say, but those are the vibes I get from them
