Once I started having kids, I made sure to get a physical exam once a year. I go every Fall.

 

no kids yet, but me and the missus have discussed so i've made the conscious effort to start lifting and doing cardio again so i can be healthier and be here longer for them. getting a physical seemed like the logical step to make sure i dont' have anything wrong.

One thing that drives me crazy about doctors is that I seem to regularly have high blood pressure, but whenever I go in for an appointment, they shrug it off and go "oh you must just be nervous visiting the doctor". Like, no, I was sick with chronic lyme disease for over a decade, I'm quite used to doctor's visits and even surgeries.

I’m sure you’ve already told them your concerns but if you’re really worried about it have you asked them if they could prescribe a blood pressure monitor to see if it’s still high when you aren’t at the doctor? Or could buy one yourself and see, I don’t think they are that expensive but idk

My umbrella came from a previous job because no one came to claim it after two weeks. It's huge and looks like the one the Penguin uses in BTAS.

 

What is ms paint if not downloading a pen

 

These are the pens I use almost exclusively. Affordable, writes smoothly, doesn’t bleed or smudge. Also the best purple-ish colour I’ve found in a pen so far.

 

If you don't die in the shooting and are only injured someone shows up and loads you into an ambulance and takes you to see a bunch of them somewhere.

I hear they have better systems in other countries though.
