My local show (Cleveland) says “tickets start at $40”. So there’s probably four tickets on the opposite side of the stage (or behind the stage) in the last row against the wall. Lol.

I live a few blocks from this brewery and they put out some incredible craft beers and hold really cool events. Very much involved in the punk/emo scene too. Of course this is a fake lineup though, just another joke of theirs like the Trash Can Banger beers they put out to upset Astros fans.

I love living in NYC but it's frustrating seeing every other festival lineup across the country and then we get....this year's Governors Ball.

Weird that Tsunami Bomb is headlining a ska festival over the Toasters but... This is a rad line-up from top to bottom, regardless!

Govball 2013 - 2018 gave me so many great memories both from the eclectic lineups and introductions to some great up and coming artists as well as the close proximity to my home....to see what it has become is almost personally (and selfishly) hurtful

Yeah I get that they need to focus on a younger demo but it's like...a VERY specific target.

Like why even book Black MIDI? They’ll be less than 25 people at that set.

This is such a weird lineup. Like even if we take nothing, nowhere. out of the equation, Wage War and Spite have gone in very opposite directions as far as heavy music. While WW has definitely refined their sound to be more accessible over records to get some mainstream appeal, Spite has only got heavier and more pissed off.

Like A for effort on the diversity of genres I guess, but I'm not sure on the crossover appeal.

I agree and was thinking the same thing but I’m probably in the minority that likes all three bands.

That's so awesome that they finally got Flushing Meadow Park, but a big yawn to that lineup.
Agree with what was said above. I went to Govball basically every year between 2013 and 2016 and they were all fantastic. But especially now that Founders has their Sound on Sound fest in Connecticut, I'm sure they're keeping all their alt rock bookings for that.
