With how many different sides are involved in Syria right now, I think it'll be years before we reach an end-point with the conflict. Which is really effing terrible, because Syria as a state is pretty much never coming back

This won’t spell the end of capitalism; but it will force a dramatic restructuring of capitalist relations."
