Update- code just came in for Saturday Tampa show. :)

 

Man this fucking sucks. I never get selected for shit with verified fan and I go to shows all year long. I’m so fucking annoyed. I’m not paying resale

 

1) You are going to get an email/text regardless of whether you were selected or not.

2) Ticketmaster said that emails and texts are being sent out throughout the day.

3) There are over three million people who signed up for verified fan and only a finite number of seats in each venue so regardless of how often you go to shows or use Ticketmaster, statistically your chances of being selected are going to be low.

 

Does getting a text actually mean you can def get tickets? Or is still gonna be a "watch ticketmaster meltdown for an hour before finally letting you buy nosebleeds for $300 each" kinda deal?

Gonna get a code and still be ass out. Saw it happen with Pearl Jam.

 

they’re not guaranteeing tickets even if you got a code.

 

me being annoyed and upset and frustrated has nothing to do with any of this. its the fact that since ticketmaster started verified fan i have never got selected for a single event ive signed up for. i always get waitlisted

 

imma take my chances with the capital one presale tomorrow.

Waitlisted is a brutal feeling. Guess I'll play the check for decently priced tickets at the last minute route, cause I feel like it's going to be a bloodbath at first.

Had a 500 server error joining the waiting room and had a mild panic attack. Seems to be okay after a few refreshes.

I Haven't heard from my girls yet, and I am afraid to text them yet. Twitter is a mess though - lol.

I do see a lot of 'I was next in line and Ticketmaster Crashed....'

Sounds familiar.

And lot of folks saying that Stub HUb et al have tickets for skyrocketed prices as well.

 

35 minutes into the queue and I’m about a quarter through the line and still 2000+ ahead of me.

 

I got through but neither of the two codes they sent are working

 

Really stoked my ~boosted~ status has gotten me… nowhere haha.

 

65 minutes so far in the queue. Not optimistic, but we'll see.

 

Ticket prices on StubHub are going through the roof.

 

About 40% of the way through the queue. Guess having Lover Fest tickets didn't do much.
