lotta folks have struggled with alcohol that dont have abuse allegations being made against them, whats the point youre already trying to poorly make?

 

Literally one of my favorite artists of all time (Julien Baker) has had issues with alcohol and substance abuse her whole career but has never had any abuse allegations…same goes for lots of other artists I follow who have struggled with this stuff.

Sure seems like it’s a shitty person problem and not an alcohol problem…

Yeah shit is whack and disappointing because I love going to that venue

 

I have no idea what their agreement was before or the going rate for professionally filming a show so excuse my totally uneducated take, but Sunny isn’t coming across great there either? The part where he pretends like the venue is gonna start charging people to pull out their phones feels particularly bad faith. All in all I think if there’s gonna be a show videographer that deserves special treatment it’s probably him but it sounds like UT just wants to level the playing field. Whether or not they’re exploiting the players on the field is a different thing, which doesn’t really seem to be Sunny’s issue

 

This one feels a little tough to navigate for me, personally.

 

Regardless of the actual situation, it feels wildly unprofessional for a venue to be responding in the way it is, especially a 1.2k capacity venue.

 

By that logic should the same standard not be applied to Sunny, who is also a professional in this scenario? Neither of them are looking good here
