  1. Yeah I might try to get VIP on the cheap closer to the date and sell my GA tickets and hopefully come out around the same as buying VIP today

  2. I booked a hotel a block off the boardwalk. It was 1400 for three nights. Three of us so 467 a person isn't terrible.

There's the option of staying right outside AC and you can take NJ transit in but it doesn't run late enough at night and having to Uber would be terrible when you just want to go to sleep.

Uber prices in AC can be quite pricey late night, just an FYI.

I’m gonna be so salty if I end up having a hotel literally directly across from the main stage and don’t get a ticket to this lol

Yeah for sure, I’ll have a good time regardless. I have an ocean view booked at caesars so at worst I’ll be able to see the main stage from my room lol

Very easy to get a ticket right now. $804 for 2 though is WOOF

Yeah, I’m passing on today. I’ll try my luck closer to the date. I’m going to AC regardless, so I’m hoping someone who can’t make it has a ticket to unload later on.

Margaritaville didn’t have margaritas when we went. They had an $18 basket of chicken tenders and they said closest thing to a margarita was a beer with a shot in it, and that was like $18 too.

This sounds like a dicey move before a festival lol

There is not a payment plan option. Obviously overall is still steep but

Is the payment plan addition a sign that it's not selling as well as they'd hoped, or am I over thinking this lol

I still really want to go to this, but now Taylor Swift & Phoebe Bridgers are gonna be in NJ the same weekend. Waiting to see how those tickets are priced before I make a decision.

i have the same predicament lol. Think I’ll go to Taylor on Friday and hope they add individual day tickets so I can see Paramore on the day they headline or hope prices drop low enough to buy a 2-day. But wasn’t worth it for me at the pre-sale price.

Hard to tell. Could also just be based on general feedback they've received. I think, in general, people are having to make some difficult choices in terms of concerts and festivals this year. Dynamic pricing is kinda fucking shit up. Like, I could see the Blink-182 or Taylor Swift show in somebody's local market being their big "concert purchase" for the year in lieu of a festival.

So it's a smart move. Not sure if it's a reaction to it not selling as well as they'd like or just the general environment but either way... I think it's fair to say the 2023 edition isn't moving tickets the way 2022 did.

Spending $250 per ticket for the Blink tour was definitely an eye opener for me that I gotta be more selective with my concerts in 2023.

I assumed the same. I still think a lot of people in the area are holding off to see what Bamboozle's lineup is gonna look like. And to stay in AC Memorial Day weekend will cost more per night than the festival
