He is the worst offensive coordinator the Jets have employed during the entirety of my fandom.

I'd say I've been mostly aware of what's been happening with this team since about 1996.

 

Regardless of whether or not it's the case, I do like when it immediately comes across like the team is upping the price for a player through the reporter

However, Chubb is oft-injured and he will be very expensive to retain. Miami already just spent money on Ogbah (who has been quiet this year to be fair) but they also need to sign Wilkins.

I think the team needs other positions before a guy like Chubb tbh

 

Flacco was also playing behind a much better offensive line.

Wilson is playing without Fant, AVT, and Mitchell. They are currently starting a seventh string OT and it's only Week 8.

I can't imagine how many sacks Flacco and White would take behind this current Jets OL.

 

He's been solid filling in for Davis. He blocks his ass off and he made a big play yesterday in the fourth.

I would like to see Moore traded before the deadline. That receiving corps went from promising to a gigantic question mark in just a couple weeks.

 

The Jets aren't good. The defense is but the offense has been nightmarish.

Breece Hall's ability to make something out of nothing covered up a lot of the flaws in LaFleur's offense.

 

All of my productivity over the past weekend has gone out the window because I recently discovered the YouTube stream "Panda 24/7 HD Live At Chengdu Panda Base" which flips between some adult pandas and also a ton of baby pandas and I end up checking to see how they're doing often. The adults get fed nonstop and the babies have a rocking horse toy and other adorable stuff. One of the adult pandas finishes his food before the rest and then takes the food straight out of the other adult panda's paws which is very rude but entertaining to watch. Just wanted to provide that quick update about my life. Go Ehlinger.

If the Eagles didn’t already trade for Robert Quinn, I’d say they should trade for Bradley Chubb so Fangio would have his guy when he’s the Eagles’ DC next year

Then again, Chubb is oft-injured and in a contract year so I’m okay with just drafting a rookie edge rusher considering the money Sweat, Reddick, and Graham are all making

I was getting ready to clown on CBS for this graphic cause I was like “when tf did Geno play for the Chargers??” And sure enough he did I guess in 2018. Absolutely no one remembers this

 

Eh, he returned to the field like 2-3 seconds later without his helmet, so thats the flag (even if the ref threw it while he was out of bound). Had he gone to the corner of the stadium and then to the sideline without crossing the field...sure, I'd buy it

Watching Wilson yesterday was kinda weird was left with the belief that all the focus on “off-platform throws” that qb prospects gets is a…really dumb thing to focus on lol.

 

He made some great throws yesterday - the TD to Conklin and the deep shot to Wilson were both "off-platform" type throws. The first INT was him caving under pressure and throwing off his backfoot retreating.

The second and third INTs were just YOLO balls where he wasn't reading much of anything. He's trying to do way too much and it's frustrating.

Wilson certainly hasn't been good, but the Jets have one of the worst offensive lines in the NFL and a terrible play caller.

If your QB is struggling, why are you having him throw 42 times? The Jets only ran the ball 15 times yesterday. It's illogical.

 

Last week Burns made a tackle for a stop on 4th down and took of his helmet to celebrate on the field and nothing was called. It's just such a silly rule and it seems like half the time it's called, the other half it isn't.
