Chicago is 2.26 at The Metro. Great venue for them to play, I might go.

That’s an awesome tour! All three bands rule and it’s been forever since I’ve seen Bayside. I also love that this is going to Revolution Hall. Easily my favorite mid sized venue in Portland and they hardly ever get punk/pop punk shows.

    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

Detroit on a Friday makes that likely. I just realized this'll be my first time since 2019 seeing Bayside, which is WEIRD to think about since they used to a band I saw at least once a year.

I saw The Wonder Years at this venue right before Covid shutdowns started, really cool place

  9. Bayside is cool but I Am the Avalanche is 100% the reason I'm going to that tour. Wanted to see them for years.

I'll probably make it to the Bayside show, but why do so many concerts go to Baltimore over DC? The drive is pretty rough with after work traffic

Haha I say the same thing with DC instead of Baltimore.
We're up in York so if a show is hitting Baltimore we almost always hit there instead of doing Philly where I'm originally from. DC just is never worth the drive though. Nightmarish traffic the few times we've done it.

I feel like this Maggie Rogers album came...and went. Still the demand for these size rooms?

I said this in the album thread:

but yeah she had a lot of buzz going for her in 2019 when she played these same venues and was selling them out but literally none of that buzz is there anymore

Her crowd at Coachella this year was really small.

felt similar to her 2019 crowd in size but having it on the main stage vs when she played the (then even smaller) mojave, the energy in the crowd was way different

agreed, unless you were k pop, hip hop, or Harry it was tough to draw a crowd at Coachella this year. So many empty sets W2
