@xbrokendownx what do you know about Raman Hrabarenka? Just noticed he was Devils property up until this season. He looks pretty solid.

 

he is someone that could maybe be a #6 guy some day, but I think he might be a career AHLer

he had a really solid year in Albany 2 years ago but last year he struggled with injuries and never really got a real chance

I saw somewhere that Dicks Sporting Goods has US jerseys for half off and I was excited to pick up a Pavelski one.

the only player jerseys they have is Oshie and Kane.

It's incredible how awful US is at promoting their captain and how Oshie is praised for so long for literally a shootout goal.

NHL TV sucks. Trying to stream NYR game through my Xbox and it keeps telling me it is blacked out, even though I'm not in the NYC area. I've had this service for 3 season because it's the only way to watch the games at high quality, but there never fails to be a shortage of problems with it.

 

This whole tournament is so stupid.

not watching it because I know it's probably a blow out and also NHL robbed us of a Team NA vs Canada final.

Any teams except Canada would make for an interesting final.

 

We were robbed of the glory that would be Team USA and Team Czech in the finals. To be fair, watching Team Canada in this tourney is fucking boring.

 

I think the only thing I find weird is how many people want to go back to 8 nations solely because they hate gimmicks like NA or Europe.

I'd rather see those two over like Slovakia or Norway who we know will be like 0-3.
