I can't find the full speech with subtitles , and that person who points out that everyone is taking it the wrong way has the thread where he explains it blocked. Seems silly to make a pronouncement like that and then block your explanation...

The Ukrainians literally blew up a non-combatant’s daughter, killed innocent travelers on a bridge, and have children on a published kill list. To pretend they aren’t actively engaged in the same behavior, (and haven’t been for the last 8 years) is ludicrous.

 

Equating the sheer gravity of what Russian soldiers and officers are doing with what Ukraine has done this war is ludicrous. Not even in the same league of cruelty and depravity

 

Not yet (although the separatists regions have seen their fair share of horrors at the hands of the Ukrainians the last 8 years), but the intent is there. Like the Russians in WW2, you can be sure Ukraine will act just as horribly if/when the tide turns. This is war, not some video game.
