God, this is fucking hilarious.

 

I'm not even mad about the album since we are getting TDAG in full. My show is on election night, so it's kind of fitting.

 

ha wow definitely didn't expect them to make an official announcement. props to them.

probably means soonest we see it is late 2017. bummer.

a public statement setting proper fan expectations? this is the least brand new thing they've done haha.

 

it's dated as 9/21, so it looks like they at least thought about letting us know before the summer officially ended.

 

At least they are communicating. Fucking excited for TDAG in full, and a new album next year. I wasn't really expecting it this year and would rather than take their (incredibly long so far) time with it.

 

hopefully this means they're going to stray from IAAN-type sound.

do you guys think they may have known this a little earlier than this, and that's why the demos reworked came out? because that didn't exactly seem planned from the beginning...

 

Finally, transparency from this band. It took long enough. That's all I ever wanted. Seems like it'll definitely be out sometime next year.
