I'm just speculating. They only have 1 night booked in Chicago, a major market that'll surely sell out, they have the weekend of Lollapalooza open on the tour, and they are booked for all the SA Lollas. I'd imagine they signed a packaged deal with Live Nation to do all the Lollas, including Chicago.

Just seems odd to me that they have 3 NYC dates but only 1 Chicago. Technically there's only 1 LA show so far but based on the gap in the schedule it looks like they have a 2nd night on standby.

You can get side of stage tickets for Chicago. $325

Also kinda nuts that none of the VIP options include a meet and greet or soundcheck option. Very thankful I've met all three dudes before, but I'd be sad if this was my first time being able to see them and not getting a chance to meet them.
Especially when they'll all be on different buses and whatnot.

They could also add a 2nd Chicago date. There’s a gap of 2 days between Chicago on the 6th and Detroit in the 9th

imagine being a casual passerby watching someone film an actor playing a construction worker talking about how badly they want to come

Tomorrow when I try the next presale, if I have one venue's queue open on my desktop and another venue on my phone, is it gonna boot me out for having the same account trying for two shows?

From what I’ve seen since touring started back up, Meet and Greets aren’t an option anymore thanks to COVID. You can’t risk band members or other artists getting sick from meeting hundreds of people up-close every day of a tour like that. Unless COVID becomes preventable from a future vaccine breakthrough, I wouldn’t expect M&G’s to ever come back.

with that said, soundchecks are totally doable and I’m surprised there wasn’t something like that included here.

Ok sweet! I'm still aiming for MSG, but I'll have UBS open on my phone just in case I strike out.

Those U.S prices are absolutely bonkers, i paid about 190 euros for two golden circle (the area closest to the stage) tickets.

I would much rather be in the golden circle than in the pit

I just realized that I paid less money for a lower level ticket in an arena for Blink 182 than I would have paid for a lower level ticket for The Killers last week in a smaller venue.

Feeling pretty good about my purchase today.

PUMPKIN and COVERT should work for most, if not all U.S. dates tomorrow.

I wouldn't get your hopes up, to be honest. It looks like the majority of venues sold through almost all of their inventory today. Venues that opened up limited view seating almost assuredly have next to nothing left. Those tickets are often held back even beyond the initial on-sale. To see them out this early says to me that they more than likely dumped almost everything they had today.

Ticketmaster is required to hold some inventory for the general on sale, but less than people probably think. If you wind up in a queue with 2000+ people again, it'll likely be long gone before you're even let in. Of what's left, most of it will become Ticketmaster Platinum listings because they know how hot this is.
