cagematch says they ran it at a house show a few weeks back but otherwise they haven't even been in the same ring since Royal Rumble 2020

 

Kinda thought this may happen with Finn talking about AJ having no friend. Perfect set up for them to return.

 

Yeah, then that feels like the perfect filler for like Survivor Series to Royal Rumble or such. AJ's instantly credible, and their matches back in 2016 were awesome.

• Match points were based on Wikipedia times (the only major discrepancy would probably be the strap match which went over 10 minutes anyway)

What do we think happens once Roman loses the title?

I imagine he takes an extended vacation / time away from the company. I can’t see him having a rematch right away he also loses nor can I see him just moving on to a feud / storyline without the title unless it’s some significant stable that he fights his way through but they’d REALLY have to do a great job building a credible stable which seems unlikely (unless it’s his own stable that all turn against him and cost him the title)
