Wow! I forgot SoBe ever existed. Apparently it's still available in some places?

That bill is fire. That would have been the best Warped Tour of my life.

This was right before Young & the Hopeless came out too. Sugarcult had massive singles, and Andrew WK just hit it big. I really wish I remembered more of the day.

Still have this somewhere. Signed by Tim Pagnotta haha. One big regret is having no idea who The Used were at that time. Also that hit that Reveille had, I've never seen a whole entire crowd jump up and down more than that one. It was kinda amazing. Also Grover Dill opened like literally every punk show in the area for a couple years when there was always a local band lol

Crazy to think that was only 2 years before Green Day became absolutely huge again

Very bummed that Matt's tenure is potentially ending on these two all time classics.

I had a bootleg shirt from the tour and kut u up signed it. I really wish I could find it. Feels like forever ago and yesterday all at the same time.

My first concert was MxPx with Good Charlotte opening for them 22 years ago lol. I didn't get around to seeing Blink until they toured with Matt. I'd love to finally see a show with the og lineup.

Yeah - hoping for this. Last time it was too much of “picking up where we left off, continuing our legacy, circular narratives” type BS.

My first concert was Stretch Armstrong, MxPx, Good Charlotte, and NFG on the 2003 Honda Civic Tour!

I will never do lawn again. Did it once and it’s not for me.

Lawn is just straight up too far away for me. I get the appeal for some, but I gotta be closer than that.

This. I just don't see the point in going at all if I'm going to be that far away.

  15. Does anyone have a decent/clear photo of the Untitled album's recording progress board? I'm watching the album launch doc right now, and it shows it really well in a part, but some of the song names are blurred out. I was able to make one out called "Afraid" so I'm interested to see if there's any other songs on there that had different names and whatnot.

RHCP didn't release their new album until 2 1/2 years after announcing John was back.

True. I do get the overall comparison though. Saw a comment on Reddit that said “Matt is about to be Josh Klinghoffer’d”… personally that would make me a bit sad, but I do see it heading that way.

Agreed. Lawn is a great option for a concert that you aren't that invested in and just want to go with the cheapest option for getting you in the door, but otherwise it's not too fun if you really care about the show.

I saw them in '09 with Tom and was in the pit, and it was one of the best concert experiences I've ever had. Then in '16 I saw them with Matt and got lawn tickets... I can honestly say I don't remember anything about their set outside of a couple of songs. So disconnected.

  20. yeah, i've been damning that link for the last 10 minutes haha.
