Despite the gross name, they're pretty cool and Mark remixed one of their songs. Also female-fronted, which takes a little sting out of the name.

This is a month we will remember for a long time.

Take time to relish in it and enjoy it as you F5-refresh everything. Blink season is upon us.

I selfishly never want this band to end because of these buzzin moments (09 reunion, new tour announcements, new albums, etc), but I would totally understand if the near future contains a huge send-off for them (final album, final tour.

 

Final tours are bullshit and marketing. It seemed like every band broke up 5 years ago and now they are all back together already.

There was a smaller gap between Folie A Deux and Save Rock and Roll then there is between Mania and today.

blink is too big to stay broken up for a long period of time

 

It only works if you somehow manage to get all of the members to sign a contract saying they will never reunite…….which can then be trumped by a successful biopic on Netflix like with Motley Crue. Haha.

But really, I don’t think Mark can ever function in life without blink being around in some form. As long as at least two members are still playing music, I can’t see blink being “done” - they might just take longer breaks.

 

Can only take so many breaks after you hit 50
