I think it's pretty understandable and their right to not want statues of Russians when Russia is killing your people among other awful things. But that doesn't make for such a good tweet.

 

This makes me feel better about dropping $87 on the smallest little Lego sets for my son every time we go to Wal-Mart.

 

In this vid it sure looks like we sent them some A-10's and they're putting them to good use.

I just wanted it to be real so badly! It still looks as real as any other video to me every time I watch it. My excuse is that everyone has a better phone than me.

 

Interesting that the Kherson offensive got so much more attention and yet it's what's going on in Kharkiv (and even a bit in Donetsk) that's been far and away the biggest success. We haven't seen territorial changes this big and quick since like Day 4 of the war

Hopefully it’s not a Pyrrhic victory and they can leverage this into something permanent.

 

Yeah there’s a bit of me that thinks it’s gone so fast, that they might get stretched thin by trying to hold on to all this new ground. But if it took Russia six months just to get as far as they did, I don’t see them having the resources now to mount an effective counter to this Ukrainian counteroffensive. As if Russian morale wasn’t already pretty low, it’s gotta be bottom of the barrel at this point, meaning they simply won’t have the will to effectively fight back either. And if your troops don’t have the will, the desire to fight for something, then you’re not seeing victory (see Afghanistan and Vietnam). At this point Putin would need to declare total mobilization, to officially declare war, in order to bring, potentially, enough resources back in the fight to have any chance at turning things around. Who would have thought that the east would fall first/faster than the south

 

This is a wild change in just a few days. With Izium gone, you have to think that Russia's offensive days are well behind them

 

Yeah the countries supplying Ukraine need to tell them to tap the brakes a bit there lol. Get your territory back, fortify the border, and chill out.
