Continued to be impressed with Welcome to Wrexham. They are doing such a great job of not making this all about Rob & Ryan and giving a lot of time and care to the supporters and people behind the club and inter mixing the club's history inside of that. I think that is the word I would use for this is care, that is what the show is about.

 

Supposedly Rob McElhenney was heavily inspired to buy a club by the Sunderland 'Til I Die series which had a similar emphasis on the people and the club's effect on the city. I've probably enjoyed this more though. This week's episodes were particularly good on that front; didn't know the story about Alex Hamilton's ownership.
