nope. they are very obviously doing their best to avoid the topic wherever possible. Closest they got was Mox mentioning he was upset over what happened and how he was supposed to be on vacation. But like, they had Swerve interrupt Caster before his rap so Caster didn't have to say anything but also didn't look weird not saying anything.

Seems like he's living an incredibly chill life...does voice acting, does random movies/TV appearances (see: Parks and Rec), probably cashes Mad Men residuals and doesnt need more.

Real question is what is everyone else doing killing themselves to work 12 months a year when you can retire at 45 and coast

The original one made perfect sense; was still the era of Celebrity Deathmatch and other pseudo-parody of sports things. But, watching the current one, its wildly uninteresting. Its the same designs over and over...and the actual builders have no personality. Give me a rock em sock em robots type show instead

 

Yeah i understand the novelty back then, now it just doesn't stand out. Just lifeless. Same with the Drone Racing League.
