I have to say, I truly wish they didnt use red lighting as the background. I know it's "just lighting" but red is associated with "evil" roughly which can be used against him. Easily could have been blue or white

Thing is, no matter what he did the MAGA people would have found something to be pissed about. This was just an easy thing to latch onto to distract from the actual content of his speech.
