Green Day – “Still Breathing”

I am so fucking ready. I need this in my life.

 

This song is fantastic.

The verse melody is similar to Could Have Been Me by The Struts so they credited the writers of that song as a precaution I'm thinking. They posted on Twitter they didn't even know they were credited until today

 

Favorite so far.

 

Not sure how I feel about this at first listen. Sounds like an alt rock song. I may like ti after more listens but definitely a new style for them.

 

Not available in Apple Music for me.

 

This is really damn good. Some of the most personal lyrics he's ever written and his voice sounds phenomenal. Love the instrumentation too

3/3 for this album but Green Day is my all time favorite band so

 

Would not be surprised if this got bigger than "Bored to Death"

HOOOOW. This song has radio written all over it in my opinion. Easily the best and catchiest of the three songs they've released.

 

Definitely catchy, this seems like a fun summer song that's a little late

 

I haven't seen it show up on add lists yet.

 

Ive got to say im still not feeling this. Song is definitely radio ready. Its just a tad predictable for my liking.

Sounds a bit like Lazy Bones part two to me.

 

I really like this one. More than BB and RR. Radio ready melody with huge chorus and personal heartfelt lyrics.
I don't know how, it reminds me of My Chemical Romance in their Danger Days era.

 

I feel like that might be the point, this is a sequel to that song in a way

 

I love this, catchy in the best way.

I always notice they only mention Apple Music. Wonder if that's because Jason uses that and not Spotify or whether there are Apple Music and Spotify tribes on here that wage war on the members forums (which I keep meaning to sign up for)

 

This was really good. To me, easily the best of the 3 released and probably better than anything off the trilogy.

I'm guessing there's something in it for the site.
