Everytime I hear the song, it strengthens my belief that "Sex" is one of the best rock songs of all time, possibly even Top 10. It's just jam-packed with melodic motifs and countermelodies and a huge, anthemic chorus with that's elevated by a wall of guitars and a neck-breaking snare. Everytime I hear it I wanna jump up and down and scream it at the top of my lungs.

Finding this shortly after hearing Chocolate for the first time, and finding some BBC concert footage… and then THESE videos from a small club…

I just remember feeling like “mannnn, these guys have something” and was an instant fan… and it was all like a perfect storm too, my brother went to Warped Tour like a month or two later and there were people passing out stickers for them and stuff, just getting their name out.

Never seen a band blow up like that. We got tickets a few months later and they had to upgrade the venue like 2 or 3 times from sheer demand. They were nowhere, and then they were everywhere. Just insane…
