Just bought Cult of the Lamb, let's gooo.

What difficulty level have y'all chosen? I might just choose easy mode for a more casual experience.

 

Normal said it’s the difficulty recommended by the developers, so I chose that. But the dungeons can be a bit challenging and I’ve been thinking of scaling back.

 

i went with normal. i wanna have SOME challenge and i know i can change it later if i want to not get frustrated

 

so i have 2 Switches, main one i keep at home n play docked, other one a Lite that i take to work to play...

and honestly... been thinking of selling my Switch Lite, selling my og model Switch, and buying the SwOLED

the idea of having to switch over all my memory/saves again is kinda exhausting tho-
but it'll be more convenient in the long run, won't have to worry about syncing the cloud saves between them, better battery life on my main

 

I’ve had my oled for a couple of months and I just opened it like 2 days ago. Thing is beautiful. I also have switch 2.0 and a switch lite. My son uses the 2.0 and I was using the lite but now I’m iffy on the lite too

 

started up kirby's dream buffet and this game is delightful.
lag on one of my matches almost made it unplayable but i suffered through.

 

I gotta say, at first I didn't really "get" Cult of the Lamb and it just seemed to be a lot to keep track of, but I watched one of my favorite YouTubers play it and it finally clicked. Totally addicted now.

I also see a lot of people online complaining about bugs in the game and I haven't experienced any so far.. runs very smooth on Switch.

 

It was a steep learning curve for me too. It took me a while to realize how to move thing around and reorganize buildings. The only bug I’ve encountered was my members weren’t making anything on my first refinery. I destroyed it and made a new one and it worked fine.

 

Didn't even know you could rearrange things! How do you do that??

 

Go to the work bench and in the menu, press y. (I think, I’m not home right now)

i am also playing on Switch and whenever i'm cutting down grass, stuff in the enviro the little remnants kinda clip in and out of existence. and there is a BIG amount of lag when heading back into the cult

 

Would anyone recommend the Three Hopes game for someone who:

1. Loves the vibe of the characters, environments, and especially the story elements of Three Houses

and

2. Has never had a desire to seek out dynasty warrior type games before

 

I only played the demo. But there are some major story changes from Three Houses. It’s almost like an alternate universe lol. If you like the characters, you’d like it though. The dynasty warriors gameplay can get a bit repetitive, but the leveling up and classes system is very similar to Three Houses.

 

would it be better to try n sell my switches in gamestop and get the swoled, or sell it elsewhere... i don't actually know where else i could even do that

 

dusted off the 30th street fighter collection yesterday.
beat alpha 1 with sodom. doesn't have too many moves, and some were hard with the little joystick on the joycon.
beat alpha 2 with akuma, but FUUUUUUUUUU sagat is a bitch to beat.

the times for splatfests are gonna be a problem for me. now i remember why i was never able to participate in them in 2.

 

its usually over like 24 hours or so on a weekend, iirc

 

i'm already loving the changes in this so far

my little battle tag is "Attention-Seeking Pop Star" lol

 

i REALLY love they added medals for how we played in the match.

 

Man Cult of the Lamb really does get super laggy the more you play. What a huge bummer. At first I thought it was related to my number of followers, until they started dying off and now I'm down to only 8
