How do they have the O's at a 2.7% chance of making the playoffs just 2.5 games behind the Rays with a 60.6% chance, and then have the last place Red Sox at an 8.7% chance? Strength of schedule?

Last inning of that Cards/Diamondbacks game was like

 

I don't know what their system is but fangraphs is super low on the Os and Meg said it was strength of schedule plus just projecting regression basically
