Fuck, i tried to get tickets to the show they announced in Amsterdam, but that fucking ticketmaster website..
I got ahold of two seats for me and my friend for about 5 times, every time i wanted to pay the website gave me some shady ass error, and then all of a sudden all the tickets were sold out. On the upside i did manage to get tickets for Yellowcard, so i'm only half bummed.

    Sleekest of beaks. So Good.

Anyone notice the video description of the Revolution Radio Lyric Video says its off the self titled new album. Wasnt the album called Revolution Radio to?

"Lyric Video for "Revolution Radio" from The Self Titled New Album Available October 7th."

Probably a typo or mistake. Maybe they meant that Revolution Radio is the "title track" of the album.

I've only just realised that they have a load of the tracks on American Idiot joined together on Spotify. Terrible.

They had that on iTunes when the album came out. It was before gapless playback, so they joined the ones that transitioned into one another. Always made me thankful I bought the CD.

Yeesh, really? That's terrible. Just been looking around for some more bits like this and noticed that the piano part in the untitled blink album is now classed as a whole separate song on Spotify rather than in the negative space between the two songs. CD's definitely were great in that sense.

    Woah, that's even weirder. Haha

Ask the radio circa fall 2004.

I don't mind the Blink thing, but the American Idiot thing has always bothered me. Instead of adding the album via Apple Music I have to import the CD and upload the "missing" tracks for it to look the way I want.

In the other direction, I remember when American Idiot was first announced, Amazon had it listed as 21 tracks, with the pieces of "Jesus" and "Homecoming" split up into different tracks. That would be fucking awful if that had been a thing.

That also completely defeats the purpose of them making those songs the way they did lol

Yeah, I think Amazon just didn't understand how multi-part songs worked or something.

New song 'Still Breathing' is surfacing.

This YT video likely won't last long:

But apparently some countries are seeing it on Spotify. I haven't seen it in the US yet.

I like it! Pretty standard, but it isn't bad.

Songs like this continue to dig at my "Why was Bang Bang chosen as a single?" conundrum.

I feel like you can say that about every 1st single from a Green Day album except for Dookie, Warning and American Idiot.

That's far from every first single then, isn't it? lol

And the only first single I can flat out say was a misfire was Know Your Enemy, in my opinion of course. I may not completely agree with the rest of the albums, but I can at least recognize that they are worth debate.

3 out of 10 debut singles I liked and thought it was the right choice so yeah poor choice of words from me.

I think Know Your Enemy, Oh Love, Stray Heart and X-Kid aren't really debatable, they were very poor choices. And after the rest of Revolution Radio is out I think you can add Bang Bang to that list too.

I actually like Bang Bang the most of the three songs released so far, but I agree that it may not be the best single material.

Know Your Enemy is easily their worst first single. One of their worst songs period IMO.

I feel like I've seen a lot of love for X-Kid on here. Stray Heart was ok. Oh Love though... Ugh lol.
