Has such a punchy tone. Sounds almost identical to the bass intro for Online Songs naturally.

Yeah I've pre-ordered a few records from them in the past and everything was fine.

Thanks for the heads up. I missed the original presale from the blink web site and really didn’t feel like paying $45 (with shipping included) from some of the other sites that were selling them.

Went for a run playing Transplants this morning. I can't believe that project exists. What is everyone's favorite Blink-182 adjacent project?

BCR made Untitled so I have to give a nod to that
+44 gave me an angry Mark so I have to give a nod to that
AVA gave me more Tom songs so I have to give a nod to that

I adore the big three side projects but +44 has meant more to me as I've grown older and I also think it's aged the best.

BCR by a large margin for me. “Drop D” Tom rules.

As a Mark guy +44 takes the cake

  17. BCR for sure, but that first Transplants album is a lot of fun.

I am not sure I can definitely choose. I will have to take some time to seriously think about it. I will say there isn't one project I don't like. I love when Blink ventures off and does their own thing.

AVA was my favorite band and very pivotal to that time in my life from Whisper to I Empire. While I love those albums, I don't feel as strongly now as I did then. (But DAMN it was amazing to see them play live again just before the pandemic hit).

Transplants mean more to me now than it did when they were active. Just great energy and creative ideas I love working out to.

+44 rips but it is a mood album for me.

BCR is so good and still holds up. (On the fly I would have to probably go with this album)

I love Simple Creatures. I want a full album where they go all in on "Trash Pop" I think it's a better expression of Mark going all in on pop than the NINE cowritten songs.

Will have to do some deep dives on the side projects before I can confidently give an answer.

Love Transplants. First album was huge for me when it came out

I like the heaviness and production on BCR better, WYHSB is a better overall album though. Love both dearly.

I would selfishly tack on 04-06 and confidently call this their golden era of pure artistic expression as a group. +44 & AVA as reactions to their breakup are some truly incredible albums. Wild to think of how many songs and full records we got in that time from Mark, Tom, and Travis.

+44 is to Blink 182 what Postal Service is to Deathcab for Cutie. I am forever curious what the record would have been like if Carol Heller would have stayed on the project. A 3 piece with a female vocalist would have been wild.
