I am very excited for this record, especially after that writeup. I think both singles have been great and I really like the idea of a more concise 1975 record. I am also just really ready to be obsessed with them again; it’s been a minute since I’ve gone on a true 1975 kick.

I agreed with the original sentiments about wishing Happiness had a more massive hook but now idc because every different part of the vocals is so catchy, not overplaying it because I’m overplaying their whole catalogue this week

I mean traditionally yes, but it’s the one song I can see them really jamming out for a while on, and what better way to close the initial set
