Hah I was just making a joke about the quality of players we’re been linked with in the past week. From what I’ve seen of him in the past he’s a good, strong runner that’s quite clinical. Not the most talented player in the world but a good alternative to our existing front players.

I booked a trip to attend the World Cup this past weekend so when I saw schedule change headline I got hella nervous until I read it won’t impact my games. Can’t imagine how much Ecuador fans are scrambling right now.

Did you manage to get tickets to the games? I saw that requests for some games were in the high six figures

 

I imagine these two would get snatched in a heartbeat if this happens.

 

I purchased a package through Qatar airways - it was the only way to ensure tickets. Will be going to USA against wales and England. There will also be one game randomly assigned to us, which I’m hoping will be Germany/Japan.

they aren’t even taking requests anymore, but it looks like resale tickets will be going live soon. FIFA seems to be having a very strict policy on resale to protect purchasers, which I appreciate in the event we get some other game randomly assigned.

Flights/hotels/tickets were a little less than 6500/person. Not too worried about costs once we get there except for finding transportation to the England game which is about 45 min out of Doha
