  1. She's currently within the margin of error on all polls - basically a non entity of a "campaign." Getting tripled up by the libertarian. Probably for the same reasons as the Russian media tho.

I am a person that should/could vote for Jill Stein. I'm in Oregon. I agree with quite a bit of what she says, and enjoy helping third parties cause I hate two party FPTP systems.

She makes me not want to vote for her and has never had one email "scandal."

Speaking of Russia, there's been some interesting analysis of the recent parliamentary elections and the failure of the oppositional liberal parties.

Of course, the vastly unlevel playing field is a massive obstacle (as well as election fraud, etc), but the parties themselves were just incredibly bad at campaigning and have failed to listen to the concerns of Russians and tailor their platforms accordingly. There's a reason (many, not just ineffective campaigning) support for oppositional parties has dropped since the relative uptick during the protests in 2011-2012.

This isn't meant to address Stein's tweet. I wanted to add something non-US centric here.

It wasn't a very thoughtful episode but it was expertly put together, and, I guess most importantly, I laughed a lot.

Just judging by your posts it doesn't seem to me like you were ever going to vote third party. Most liberal criticisms of Stein are laughable in comparison to the major candidates, and this "bad campaigner" criticism, which is valid, only work if it inhibits you from obtaining knowledge of her policies, which you seem to have. You also make it a point to defend Hillary and the DNC and stir up fear over Trump to deter third party voting (at least at the national level), rightly or wrongly

So apparently Trump Jr. is in my town today...put me in a shitty mood, and I still have 6.5 hours in my workday...awesome.

“They had done everything that they were supposed to do in terms of the American dream,” says Carol Anderson, Professor of African American Studies at Emory University. “You work hard, you save your money, you go to school, you buy property. And this is what they had done under horrific conditions.”

Greenwood was strictly segregated from the rest of the city, but still it flourished. It was home to black lawyers, business owners, and doctors — including Dr. A.C. Jackson, who was considered the most skilled black surgeon in America and had a net worth of $100,000.

Dr. Jackson was killed on the night of May 31st, 1921, along with hundreds of black Tulsans. Thirty-five blocks of Greenwood were razed that night. 1,256 homes and 191 businesses were destroyed. 10,000 black people were left homeless.

By morning, Black Wall Street had been reduced to rubble.

Dude clearly said he won't vote for Stein because she's not the best candidate, in his view. That's it, don't read into it.
