What are the general thoughts on this?

Matt LeBlanc Makes A Creepy Comment About Emilia Clarke At Emmys

I have a real sensitive stomach when it comes to creepiness/cringiness, but this didn't really seem that gross given that Clarke and LeBlanc are friends and Clarke has herself joked about her on-screen nudity in GOT.

 

I don't think it was a good thing to say and certainly not at an awards ceremony. I think the backlash is warranted. That said, I know I've thought this about men and women alike on TV (call that problematic if you will) and I don't think LeBlanc is necessarily misogynistic because of it.

So it's nice to see that centrists and rightists who can rely on their usual racism to justify the Crutcher shooting have now turned to sexism. No shortage of posts to the effect of "that's why women shouldn't be cops: they get too scared."

"Pathetic" is my choice descriptor, but to each their own.
