I like Sister Cities but somehow this line alone feels more like the modern, “grown up” version of Upsides/Suburbia/TGG-era TWY and I haven’t even heard the song yet.

This sounds to me like they have got quite a big support slot over here around these dates

Not mentioned in tweet but was originally advertised as a Upsides + Suburbia in full show so I assume that's still the case!

I hope your theory is true...

If you open the picture up it says it there, plus “only UK headline show” :)

Silly picture crop tricked me once again

    Things have changed.

There's two ways to interpret that billing ...

    1) It's their only UK headline show playing those two albums (implying other headline shows of a standard set)
    2) They're playing those two albums and it's their only UK headline show

    definitely the latter

    They need better punctuation!

Yeah potentially, because they did the album shows everywhere else in the UK in June. I’m choosing to believe they might have a really cool support slot though as it’s more fun.

    It's all hell.

My Upsides and Suburbia prints (finally) arrived so I've been able to fix up my office.

loving it on first listen. usually takes me a few but I'm right on board with this one. feels like a song off what my ideal follow up to TGG would sound like

  20. Man, this song is fucking sad. Really nails the lowest moments of 2020. The bridge/ending absolutely rules - reminds me of my favorite moments from NCTH.

    hysterical and useless

as an unabashed NCTH lover you're making it really hard not to listen :worried:

I'm initiating my self imposed rule of 3 pre-release songs, so now I have to exercise ultimate will power and avoid this thing for almost two months.

good luck with that. this might be my favorite of the singles released, honestly.

  24. Yeah, if there are fans on the fence about the singles so far, I think this is the one that will pull them in.

there's no-one who likes Suburbia or TGG that won't like this song IMO. And agree with that comment about the banger ending
