My breakfast since I started working again consists of two Nutri-Grain bars and a glass of juice, but I stand by my opinion that milk is delicious.

 

The premier protein shakes are perfect for breakfast on work days. Quick on the go and hold me over until lunch no problem. 10/10

 

I use Vega since it’s vegan but yeah a protein/meal shake for breakfast is the way to go.

That label is so confusing. "Animal-Free Dairy Milk" "Contains Milk Protein"

2 eggs and an apple for breakfast

 

Breakfast is always oats with the following ingredients added:

Peanut butter
Honey
Banana (or apple)
Cinnamon

Every day for many, many years. But I’ve also stationary biked for 45 minutes first thing every morning for many years, so I need something substantial to get some calories back.

 

That's pretty wild.

 

Big "is a hot dog a sandwich?" energy here hahah but I love this kind of thing for animal-free food.

Edit - idk if anyone else is interested, but if you look into the sustainability info you'll see that they use a Life Cycle Analysis to measure environmental impact, which I believe is not a very widely embraced approach. There doesn't seem to be a lot of critical press about them yet but I'd love to see an assessment of their methods as these products get more money to grow!

 

My boss just sent a request up the chain for 10% raises for everyone on our team. No idea if it'll actually go through but at least he's trying.

Should I tell him I've applied for multiple jobs over the last few weeks lol

 

Kachava shake made with Fairlife milk for breakfast and lunch a lot of times too. Sometimes it's oat or almond milk depending on what I have / budget concerns. If I'm making it with water it's tough times.
