I actually enjoyed a majority of the first one, but the second one was terrible. Haven't listened to either in years of course, but alas....

I did read up about how much of a mess their tour was though, R Kelly getting kicked off it, etc... sounds pretty insane which of course is par for the course with him

There was a second accuser in Tilian’s case, whose version of events he acknowledged directly. Tilian hasn’t been active in music or even online since the second accuser came forward, as should be the case. I don’t think the discrediting of the first allegations should change anything for DGD at this point.

That said, the way a lot of fans talk about people in bands is truly appalling. That’s my main takeaway from this, but I’m sure that’s not news to anybody.

Does she explicitly say later on that she's fabricating something? Because you can react one way to a sexual encounter when discussing it with your friends and that doesn't prove the encounter was entirely consensual (case in point, the condom thing), right? Again, I won't be able to finish looking at what's there for a little bit, so correct me if I'm wrong or if there's some big bombshell ai haven't reached yet.

Yeah, I don't know what to do with that. Just finished listening. It doesn't sound good, but wasn't their multiple instances of assault in her story iirc? Even if one was consensual, that doesn't mean the ones that followed were? You can want something until you have it and not want it to continue. They way she describes him is in line with what she said in her allegations. Idk. This doesn't feel squeaky clean to me or anything.

Yep. These are my takes as well. The whole no condom thing isn’t consensual at all. And this is one case she’s describing when she talked about multiple in her story. She never says she made up anything.

 

What a fucking mess. I didn’t read or listen to anything but someone in the DGD thread said Tim’s grieving brother was next to be “targeted”? What is that in reference to for those who have read/listened to all of this?

The “target” comment was meaning she wanted to sleep with Tim’s brother because she stated getting with Tillian was the “end game”. I don’t know if all of this was out of context or not though and I’m not going to jump to conclusions.

Surely the character of this person leads to questions about their credibility? The same person has spent a bunch of time defending their pedo friend on twitter and now this. Targeting the grieving brother is an absolutely stomach churning comment and completely twisted.

Regardless, theres still numerous accusations against Tillian so in that respect this doesn't change much.

Nevermind, I got access to the Dropbox folder. Extremely red flag for Tilian to engage in foreplay and sex with her knowing full well she was drunk and then even continuing after she puked on more than one occasion in the night. Just fucking yikes

 

the language over on reddit (which, yes i'm aware that place is a cesspool) seems to be that this disproves what she said, and i guess i fail to see how that's the case? nothing about her story changes, and it seems entirely based on the fact that her demeanor does not "sound like she's a victim," which is... wildly inappropriate to get into. her story is the same. she's telling her friends what happened immediately after it happened. whatever demeanor she has doesn't negate what happened in the hotel room. the fact she isn't sobbing on the phone with anyone doesn't mean nothing happened. people process things differently and at different speeds. i really can't get behind this attitude of "if you were really a victim you would have acted like one," like that's anyone's place to determine what that behavior should be.

also, fuck Tilian.

Yeah I don't really know details but I skimmed the thread and saw a few "I know people who were SA'd and they'd NEVER act like this after" type comments which is just unnecessary. Tbh the comments also saying that false reports make it harder for real victims to come out with their stories... like naw, not for me anyway. Can't speak for anyone else, but the ppl who use victim blaming tropes and immediately start to try and discredit a claim as soon as one is made, almost gleefully so, and call for the accused to sue the accuser, that does it. They have no self awareness. Idk anything about what was reported here but even if she made it all up it doesn't call for any of those kinds of comments being made

 

I hope the user on here didn't see the texts from her before he started defending her.
