Yeah announcing the 9 month recovery is kayfabe as fuck, and it's the right thing to do. I'd be very surprised if Cody doesn't win the rumble. The injury and decision of wrestling with it could potentially turn Cody into the biggest baby face since Cena, WWE certainly needs it.

Listened to the first episode of Regal's podcast. Very cool to see how much admiration he has for the Young Bucks. He claims he knew they were special the moment they had their WWE tryout (the same tryout where they got heat for not shaking Booker T's hand). He credited BTE for getting a bunch of young wrestlers over.

Said he didn't push hard enough for WWE to sign them because he wrongly assumed they were only 18/19 years old, if he knew that they were older than that at the time he would have tried much harder to get them signed.
