Very cool. I had a goal for 2015 to do at least one set at an open mic but I never did it. Drove to the venue once but just ended up not getting out of my car and going to a friend's house. Don't think I'd ever have the guts to get on stage and try my hand at five minutes, so I'm endlessly jealous of anyone who does. Well done.

Episode of Magic Tavern where Foon's Greatest Swordsman talked about slaying all the Smorps was amazing.

 

It was Fatman on Batman, so not the most scintillating conversation I've ever witnessed but a fine time. Gave me an itch to watch one or two of his earlier films sometime in the near future.

I recently started Doughboys. I was going sequentially, but Mary Holland's ep was a bore so I jumped to the Paul Rust and Neil Campbell episodes. Rust's Wendy's episode was as good as everyone said in the old thread.

I can't wait to get into the Tournament of Champions!

 

The finale of the tournament was all kinds of ridiculous and I loved it. Having past guests weigh in was a welcome wrinkle, although completely goes against the integrity of the tournament itself. Pissed In N Out won.

Did you guys see the thing on Facebook that announced Evan Susser as the new cohost and #RIPSpoonman with a new graphic? I was laughing so hard.

 

It's all good. I kinda assumed that would be the winner anyway.

 

Shenanigans notwithstanding, I feel like it came down to the two best choices, and the clearly superior burger was crowned Chompion.
