damn I used to go to shows at the Lynn Arts years and years ago haha

also, Danny Brown was incredible last night.

 

Nice! I did my first show with the group last year- The Texas Chainsaw Musical, lol. Creators came out to see it and liked our production so much, they asked us to make the Official Cast Recording. Thought that was pretty cool! Was also my first paid theater gig, which was a big moment for me, as silly as it sounds.

 

ah I meant like, seeing Ice Nine Kills and Brunswick, not theater shows haha. that's awesome though, grats!

No joke, definitely gonna try and make it out to that. It sounds awesome.

 

That's awesome! Some of it is border-line offensive, but if you're a fan of the movie you will pick up on a lot of the jokes. It's fun, though! The Off-Broadway soundtrack is online if you want to check out any of it.

Feels like all my shows are bunched together. Angel Olsen tomorrow, and then Built To Spill, Titus Andronicus, and the Descendents all in the same week in October. I will be tired that week.

I took an extra ticket from the girl I'm dating when her roommate bailed and they blew me away. And they are the last band I would have expected to cover The Dead, tbh
