i haven’t read anything tbh. I’d probably just do what I usually do when I get sick: sleep and rest as much as possible, and chug one of those vitamin-c packs once a day

 

I took my allergy pills (zyrtec), a behind the counter nasal decongestant every four hours and these Liquid IVs once a day.

 

I took some emergen-c gummies, not sure if they helped or not because my symptoms were always v mild

 

Lots of Vitamin C-rich stuff, hydrate as much as possible, and take Tylenol every few hours. Really all you can do.

 

I've also heard of people taking elderberry.

 

1/3 of my class is gone today...feels like it did in January
