Pretty sure they make one specifically for long hair, I think I have that one but my cats not super long haired. Works good tho

Hope you don't mind a dog in the cat thread but they're inseparable.

My cat tries to eat toilet paper. If I leave my bathroom door open and then my back he’s chewing it up. It worries me that it will cause a blockage

My cat got a fuz/hair in his eye. Tried googling how to get it out. Anyone dealt with this before?

My cat ate a small piece of chocolate chip cookie. I called the emergency vet for advice. I just worry about him. He’s all that I have. Has anyone had a cat that ate a small piece of chocolate and was ok. Here he is because he is so cute

He is ok. Thank you. He always worries me because he tries to get into things he’s not suppose to

My cat absolutely loses it for wet treats. He acts like he’s never eaten a meal in his life when he sees the little tube come out.

Aww I've never tried wet treats with my cat, I'll have to try it some time.

She's obsessed with greenies though. They smell terrible, but she loves to chase after them or catch them in her mouth like a dog. She'll even catch them between her paws, too lol.

I just noticed my cats bottom lip is swollen. I didn’t really get a good look at it until today but I did suspect it before but thought it was normal. It doesn’t appear to be a rodent ulcer like he had before. I’m just hoping it’s not a dental abscess. Has anyone had this happen to their little one?

he has a vet appt next week for a routine check up and he’s also suppose to have a cleaning because i asked for one when I made the appt

I haven't had experience with this in the past, but I'd recommend giving your vet a quick call, send that picture along (looks like it should be helpful to them) and see if they think he needs to be seen sooner than next week.

The hard part is they only have a doctor there 3x a week which is why it was so hard to get an appt when I made it.

Oh shit, yeah that's annoying. Maybe if they see the pic and get the info from you, they might at least have an idea what it is and could either rest your mind a bit until next week or let you know of a vet who could see him sooner, if necessary.

One of ours used to get those all the time. By the time we would get a vet appt scheduled to have it looked at it would disappear. We assumed it was from playing too hard and that seems to be the case because she has to be separated from the other 2 now and it hasn’t happened since then.

but yeah I’m not a vet and that probably wasn’t helpful so you should definitely get a professional opinion..lol
