    The rivalry is back on

Yeah! I work over there and go out of my way sometimes to drive by and see the progress! It's looking really good! Yet another thing to be excited about in 2017!

    Oh right, there's that.

It really is going to be a thing of beauty once they get it finished. If I'm guessing however, the stadium will be done on time but the entertainment block/strip/thing (I think it's being called Battery Atlanta) will not be fully complete. I really hope I'm wrong though because I can't wait to see it.

She's an accountant for Turner, so she works at the CNN building downtown right next to Centennial Park. It's not exactly right next to it, but I'm not from there so it's close by my standards haha

Close enough! That area is going to become a disaster for traffic (not that it wasn't already).

13/31 (majority) ESPN panelists picked the Cubs to the win the title. That means it's definitely not happening.

People forget how tough that division is with two other likely playoff teams. Also the fact that John lackey and Jon Lester are pretty old, you never know.

Shouldn't be. Their bullpen is still suspect. I think it ends exactly the same as last year.

So true. Agree also with Lackey and Lester kinda being past their prime as well.

I felt mostly good about the bullpen. There were rough patches intermittently, but I wasn't preparing for the worst like I used to.

And Arrieta's numbers will only go up this year as teams will have focused on him. I don't know if he's a long-term ace, you know (not saying he won't be but we've seen this before)? The offense can be good - even if a lot of them are effectively Adam Dunn and either strikeout or pull the ball to their side of the plate - but it's not going to be good enough to win a LCS.
